Elektro continues to be directly controlled by EPC - Empresa Paranaense Comercializadora Ltda., ETB - Energia Total do Brasil Ltda., Prisma Energy Investimentos Energéticos Ltda, and Prisma Energy Brazil Finance Ltd holdings, which together own 99.68% of the total stock and 99.97% of the company’s voting rights. With the sale of Prisma Energy going into effect, and after the merger implementation, these holdings became indirectly controlled by Ashmore Energy International.
